PlanetSim cards that are in use must be toped-up at least once every 3 months with a minimum to-up value of 20€,otherwise the sim can be temporary blocked untill the cardholder applies the above mentioned directive.

- Recycling numbers
The company reserves the right to recycle, ie delete PlanetSims not used or have not made a single call or recharge over 2 years. The client reserves the right to reinstate the PlanetSim to the pre-final deletion status of calling number within a period of six months from the date originally recycled.
